can anyone provide me a nice solution for for showing a greet or welcome message in the webchat. I have built the bot using cloud and now to get a greet or reply I have to send the first message. Is there any solution for that. if yes please share the answer. Also I am using the .bpw-powered class to put my own logo or content in the chatbot UI but it is not coming.
