Slack integration - replies into threads & tagging ppl in replies

We’re using Slack for all internal comms. The integration is up and running and the Bot can answer. So now I am looking to up our game a bit with:-

  1. Replies goes into a thread rather than into a channel
  2. Tagging people in replies

Anyone that have explored these two items?

I like raising the bar :sunglasses:.

So for tagging, it is easy; you just need the user ID and add an “@” at the beginning, and Slack will do the rest.

For replying in threads, currently, this is not supported, we have it in the pipeline though.

Meanwhile, can you give me more context about your use case? We can think of workarounds :thinking:
