Personality rewrite settings and knowledge base improvement

Hi, I really like the studio and the new features that are being introduced!

What I would find really helpful is some more advanced settings for the personality rewrite. Currently, it’s applied to every message from the bot which slows it down and takes away some control from the developer.

Here’s my suggestion:

  • Add an additional toggle for enabling/disabling personality rewrite for specific cards
  • Maybe add specific personality rewrite settings for knowledge base responses

Also, it would be amazing if we could “intercept” knowledge base responses and use them in our cards (for example, as AI task input) instead of automatically sending them as a message.

Hey Ivan, welcome to the community!

This feature would be very useful for cards where you don’t want/need the content to change. In my case I am displaying a extensive list of information, and with personality rewrite all that text is processed unecessarily and it also takes a while. I have pointed it out on another topic too!
