My long running task is being timed out

I’m using the studio.
I’m calling REST API at one node in my flow.
My workflow is being timed out too early.

Task timed out after 15.02 seconds

How can I set timeout value of task or workflow or session in the studio?
I don’t know what kinds of variables and keys that I can set to Configuration Variables.
And, I don’t know how to reload my bot in both client and server sides.

I sometimes see an error, “Error sending outgoing message ma [Error]: request/body must have required property ‘conversationId’” after I clear local storage of my browser.
