In APIs of cloud Version, all APIs don't work with the on-premise version

Hey Team,
I have installed the Botpress version on the local environment (12.30.7), and I want to activate a bot using APIs. Can I do that?
Before that, I tried all the APIs available in the cloud, but among all the APIs, few are working.
