Facing issues with intent

Hi everyone. I am trying to build a bot but cant seem to get the bot to recognize any intents. I am using botpress studio (cloud version) and no matter what i do, even if i include the same exact phrase used in the bot training, the bot does not recognize the intent and just skips that process. Can anyone help with this?

Is it possible to add a screenshot of your flow and your emulator after removing sensitive data?

Hi Bassam,

I have actually tried several flows but could not get any of them to work. I am attaching one of them here. Any transition i use that has an intent does not seem to work.

I am also interested in this matter. I am new on Botpress and I feel that intents is like fine-tuning, but or it is not or it does not work.
I have done a crawl of some websites and I get very bad replies… I have another bot done by myself and a colleague (works only in local) and it has not this issues. Also I use other from another developer and it is online and works lot better.
I get very confused with so many variables and the prompt field in every AI Task and in the chatbot itself. All seems fairly good, but I need some more examples and the Youtube videos are not enough.
Also I would like to copy the chatbots but I don’t see how to do it.
And last, I feel I can’t personalize the chatbot appearance. I would like to change color background, the icon, logo, etc.
The examples of chatbots are done with roles, I miss an elementary chatbot to analyze it and understand it better, like a basic example.

There is two workarounds for that.
1- Using inline intents:

Regarding copying the chatbots, we are working on it as we speak :slight_smile:
