Duplicate a Bot + Bot Updates

Is there a way to duplicate a bot flow so we don’t need to build from scratch and can work on developments outside a live bot?

Also I published some updates on our bot and now the webchat does not respond? What can cause this and how can we push updates to a published bot?

Hi @MyRDT ,

We are working on something allowing you to do the duplication part.

For the publication, can you republish it again and test it? We had an issue yesterday morning that was fixed.
