Hello, actually I would like to change my
Mail address, I would also delete my account and create a new one. But I can’t find a function in the account settings for either of them. Am I missing a possibility? Thanks

The e-mail is the corner piece of your profile.
If the reason is that you have bots and you don’t want to lose it, then:
1- Create a profile with your other e-mail.
2- Invite your other e-mail and add it as an administrator:
3- Then from the bot you want to move, choose the new workspace from the new profile
4- Send to us to delete the old account and it’s workspace
