Can I build a bot and connect my own communication channel asking the Botpress AI flow for a response. Ideally ask from zapier. Is this possible?

Well, the short answer is yes, but please keep in mind that the APIs are still in Beta, so the documentation is still in the early stage. You will thus need support.
