Everything worked well until I decided to publish my chatbot. When I clicked on the “publish” button, an error message appeared: “an unknown error occured”; so what should I do ?
Did you try contacting someone on the live chat to get help? I’d recommend contacting the team so someone can investigate and help you directly.
